Sunday 30.7

2pm New York, 11am California, 9Pm Israel, 8pm Europe

The tricky thing about knowing ourselves is that there is a strong inner mechanism that is trying to protect us from seeing ourselves in ways that might challenge our ego. Nevertheless, the only way to grow and develop beyond the comfort zones of the ego is to find ways to be aware of our shadows, own them, include them, and integrate them into a more complex and nuanced view of who we are and how we move in the world.

Karl Jung, who developed the major work around the Shadow and the Self, was influenced by mystic traditions, including the Kabbalah.

In this free webinar, Pele will explore some of the origins of Shadow-work and wisdom and how they appear in ancient kabbalistic texts. As always in this type of teaching, it will come with some subtle humor and good vibes :)
